Blueberry Porridge Recipe


Blueberry Porridge




















Ingredients:

1 cup Oats
1 cup Milk, Soy Milk, Almond Milk
1 cup Water
1/2 cup of Blueberrys
1 pinch of salt

How to make Blueberry Porridge

Step 1: Place the oats, the milk and the water in a pan with a small pinch of sea salt and put it on a medium heat.

Step 2: Bring to a steady simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring as often as you can to give you a smooth creamy porridge.

Step 3: Add the blueberrys and let the porridge rest for at least 3-5 minutes,
so the blueberrys can develop their flavor.


Tipps:

If you like your porridge runnier, simply stir in a splash more milk or water until you’ve got the consistency you’re after

If you like your porridge sweet, just add brown sugar, stevia or another sweetener of your choice

750ml milk, soy milk or water
pinch of salt
